Refund Policy

Membership access is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree that access is granted instantly.

Due to the immediate digital nature of the service, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once access has been activated.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge, including order details and the reason for the request. Each request is reviewed individually. Send requests via Telegram @sugacustomercare or email redactionsugar@hotmail.com.

We kindly ask members to contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can review and resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may affect access while the dispute is reviewed with the payment processor.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.
